Hi, I'm Sue! I'm a web developer and you'd think I'd have my own website before now. Lots of people are nostalgic for "the old web", before we let the corporations take over, so I'm finally taking the plunge. I couldn't decide on a platform, it'll just be HTML for now. CSS Naked day is on April 9th, I'll add some styles on the 10th. If I come across a reason to, I'll add some Javascript.

My current side project is an attempt to recreate an old ios app called 30/30. I used to use it for ephemeral todo lists, but the developer stopped updating and it became incompatible with newer versions of ios. It's so cliche to build a todo app but the thing is, it was the one thing that got me moving when I didn't feel like doing anything. I miss it and I want it back.
I'm not an ios developer so it'll be a progressive web app. I've been trying to learn custom elements for sooo long, we'll be using those instead of a framework. HTML, CSS, Javascript, nice and simple!
Other than writing about that project, I'll be posting about random web dev stuff, making lists of things I want to remember, and talking about food and recipes.
Guess what? There's no tracking on this site! I might peek in on server logs occasionally but those rotate out after 4 weeks. I never intend to put 3rd party tracking on this site.
